glonuts are naturally sweetened with a combination of non-gmo erythritol and monk fruit.

erythritol is a natural sugar alcohol which passes through the body unmetabolized and therefore has no glycemic impact on insulin or blood sugar. besides being a popular all natural sweetener with only 5% of the calories of sugar, we think erythritol has the most sugar-like taste with no side effects when not over-consumed!

monk fruit, or lo han guo, is a small greenish-brown gourd native to southern china and named after the monks who first cultivated it centuries ago. it has been used in traditional chinese medicine for hundreds of years. It has zero calories and zero grams of sugar and doesn’t raise blood glucose levels, so it’s safe for diabetics.

neither! glonuts are raw. we don’t fry or bake glonuts to avoid damaging the polyunsaturated fatty acids found in almond flour which can cause inflammation when heat is introduced

all glonuts contain almonds and coconut and are made in a facility that processes peanuts. our peanut butter flavor contains peanuts

always keep glonuts cold. store them in the fridge for up to 6 months or in the freezer for up to 1 year.

glonuts pair perfectly with a cup of coffee or tea, as an afternoon snack, or as a sweet end to any meal

our favorite way to enjoy glonuts is near room temperature, about 20 minutes out of the fridge. some like them colder, others like them left out so long they turn into a melt-y glazed donut

we ship glonuts monday through wednesday. if you order after 12pm EST on wednesday, your order will ship the following week. this helps us keep glonuts fresh (and cold) on their journey to you. make sure to refrigerate immediately upon arrival.

yes! all of our shipping materials are 100% recyclable. our product boxes and case boxes are also 100% recyclable

our vegan glonuts can handle a 2-3 day transit time. pop them in the fridge as soon as you can. if they’ve become too melty in transit reach out to us at support@eatglonuts.com with some photos and we’ll work out a solution

we can make changes to your order within 2 hours of placing it, but beyond that, it’s out of our hands and your order will be shipped as is
